Simultaneously advance power to MRT and
retract speed brakes

Maintain optimum AOA

Level wings if necessary
COMMON ERROR: Overrotating on a
waveoff can cause excessive AOA
COMMON ERROR: Underrotating on a
waveoff can delay the arresting of aircraft
sink rate and establishing a climb. The
resulting loss of altitude may cause impact
with the ground/runway
