NOTE: When contacting Kingsville Approach for recovery,
aircrew should state, "Kingsville Approach, call sign, radial/
DME from NQI, coded recovery, and current ATIS."
NOTE: Kingsville Approach may request aircrew to "IDENT,"
to confirm aircraft position. After initial contact, aircrew
should advise Approach if any deviation from normal coded
recovery, such as low initial, straight-in, or 360-degree turns
for altitude reduction, is desired.

least 25 miles from the airfield for TOPS VFR radar
service to the VFR traffic pattern
