and distance from the station to determine approximate
offset point
NOTE: An offset request should only be made at military or
joint use airports. Civilian controllers will vector you to a final
intercept.
NOTE: Do not fly an offset entry without specific clearance
from ATC.

Navigation procedure
(1) Intercept/maintain course as published for the approach
(2) Report departing IAF altitude
(3) Perform procedure turn if required
(4) Adhering to all restrictions, descend to and maintain published
altitude
