selections. "M" (Maritime) represents all fixed-wing land based
aircraft. "R" (Rotary) represents all rotary-wing aircraft. "V"
(TiltRotor) represents Marine tiltrotor aircraft. Students shall
list only three of the above choices, and may not select, as a
preference, a pipeline for which that student is not
anthropometrically compatible. If the student chooses TACAIR, they
can indicate on the card their preference of training base by
checking either J1 (Meridian) or J2 (Kingsville). The students'
preferences shall be forwarded to CNATRA Production Manager (N51)
no later than one day before selections, using CNATRA 1542/1321,
see 204a.
d. Anthropometric Restrictions. Per OPNAVINST 3710.37, CNATRA
shall ensure anthropometrically compatible pipeline assignments
of students to current inventory of training and subsequent
pipeline aircraft.

e. United States Coast Guard (USCG) Students. U.S. Coast Guard
(USCG) students will be assigned in accordance with the
recommendation of the USCG liaison officer in Pensacola.
f. International Military. International military students
(IMS) will be assigned to courses as specified in their
invitational travel orders (ITOs).
204. SNA PIPELINE ASSIGNMENT PROCESS
a. Pipeline Selection Record (CNATRA 1542/1321). Training
Squadrons [TRARONs] TWO, THREE, SIX, TWENTY-SEVEN, TWENTY-EIGHT,
8FTS and 33FTS will submit, by Tuesday noon of the selection
week, all completed Pipeline Selection Record (CNATRA 1542/1321)
forms. Forms will be submitted to the CNATRA Student Control
Officer with all pertinent fields completed. (On selection weeks
with a Monday holiday, forms will be submitted no later than 0900
Wednesday). Selections will be coordinated with the CNATRA
Intermediate Production Manager to ensure CNATRA's pipeline
loading requirements are maintained and the needs of the Navy are
met. CNATRA Student Control Officer will release a letter
assigning students to their respective pipeline.
b. International Military Students. International military
students will be assigned to courses according to Section B of
their invitational travel orders (ITOs).
205. STUDENT NAVAL FLIGHT OFFICER (SNFO) TRAINING COURSES. SNFO
training courses are those which are common for all SNFOs
commencing with Preflight at Naval Aviation Schools Command and
terminating with completion of the Advanced NFO phases. Students
completing Preflight awaiting a Primary NFO training class date
will remain assigned to NAVAVSCOLSCOM until commencement of
Primary NFO training. Completion of the Primary phase of
training qualifies the students for subsequent training in one of
the following courses:
