Aircraft Resource Supply
Measurement Definition: The number of aircraft available at CNATRA to
accomplish the OPNAV assigned pilot and NFO training rates.
Calculation: Aircraft Supply (Average Daily) = A sixty day running
average of the number of aircraft ready for training each day.
Number of aircraft = The aircraft available for training missions to
be accomplished each day as recorded on the CNATRA daily aircraft
status report

Based on CNATRA N42 Daily Aircraft Status Reports
Frequency: Collect and report data monthly. Data should be collected
based on transactions through close of business on the last day of the
month. Data due on the 5th workday following the end of the month.
Submit data to:
CNATRA N32 who will compile and forward to OPNAV N789
Basis For Baseline:
The average of the 10 month period from Oct 97
until Jul 98.
Basis For Entitlement:
Demand as calculated on previous page
