f. Sequencing shall be in accordance with the curriculum and
guidance set forth below. In cases where the curriculum provides
specific out of sequence guidance, it shall take precedence.
(1) Prior to flying any flight out of sequence, the
instructor shall review the students ATJ to ensure compliance
with these policies.
(2) Familiarization flights shall not be flown out of
sequence.
(3) Events with "Introduce" items shall be flown prior to
events where those items are graded as "Practice".
(4) End of Stage check flights shall be flown as the last
flight in the stage.
602. RESCHEDULING. Incomplete events shall be rescheduled
subject to the following:
a. A previously incompleted event in a stage is completed
prior to any succeeding event in that stage.
b. A previously incompleted event may be completed during the
performance of the next event in that stage, provided:
(1) That the succeeding event is compatible and reasonably
capable of being completed as scheduled.
(2) That any incompleted items on the earlier flight which
are prerequisites for succeeding events are completed first.
c. A previously incompleted event in which the student
received an unsatisfactory will be completed after the completion
of any extra time awarded.
d. A previously incomplete, unsatisfactory check event will be
completed on the subsequent recheck following any awarded extra
time instruction. See paragraph 713 for grading procedures.

603. TRAINING DELAYS AND WARM-UP EVENTS. A warm-up event is one
given to regain flight proficiency due to an extended training
delay. For delays less than 14 days in phase, specific warm-up
criteria promulgated in each curriculum shall apply. For
students in the Multi-Service Pilot Training System Curriculum,
CNATRAINST 1542.140, specific provisions of the subject
instruction are applicable to the requirement for and
documentation of "break in training warm-up sorties", i.e., SXX86
sorties. In addition to the eligibility criteria in each
curriculum, the following guidelines apply to warm-up events:
a. If the next regularly scheduled event is a dual flight,
then the event will be briefed and flown as that flight.
