5.
When the radar altitude is below the LAW setting
a.
Flashing LAW advisory window is displayed on
all MFDs
b.
LAW tone is generated
c.
Warning "W" flashed on HUD
d.
LAW advisory window and "W" on HUD
removed after 3 seconds with the landing gear
down
e.
LAW advisory and tone is removed when REJ
on MFD display is pressed
f.
LAW legend and number continue to flash until
the:
(1) LAW is reset to altitude below aircraft radar
altitude
(2) Aircraft lands
(3) Aircraft climbs to an altitude above the
LAW value
B.
Initial Approach Fix (IAF) to Final Approach Fix (FAF)
1.
Intercept/maintain course as published for approach
2.
Report departing IAF altitude, if required
3.
Descend to and maintain published minimum
altitude (adhere to all restrictions)
4.
Intercept and maintain published course to FAF
C.
FAF to Missed Approach Point (MAP)
1.
At FAF
a.
Start the clock (backup for DME)
