TAKE-OFF RWY 01R: Outbound NMM R-358. Intercept 10 DME arc between
4,000 and 10,000 feet. Turn left via 10 DME arc, cross NMM R-347 between
7,000 and 10,000 feet, cross NMM R-331 between 8,000 and 10,000 feet,
intercept, and proceed outbound via NMM R-315.
