Right of way: right of way shall be given to
outbound aircraft on all taxiways unless special
circumstances dictate otherwise

Taxi lights: the taxi light will be used as
required for night taxi, exercising care not to
blind other pilots

Emergency vehicles: all aircraft will STOP
whenever Emergency vehicles are proceeding
on the ramp area

Launch
a.
The takeoff checklist MUST be completed
PRIOR to calling for takeoff
(1) Marshall area
(2) Dual flights -- the student pilot may
complete checklist during taxi IF the IP
HAS CONTROL and is taxiing the aircraft
b.
Night section takeoffs are not authorized

VFR departures
NOTE: Flights utilizing the MOAs MUST depart, enter
the MOA and return form the MOA on an IFR flight plan.
VFR operations outside the MOA structure can be
conducted for the purposes stated below.

Flights not requiring MOA activity

Entry into the NAS Meridian landing pattern
(1) Crosswind turn to the downwind after
takeoff
