Climb:

0 to 10,000 ft MSL - 250 kts
2.
Above 10,000 ft MSL - accelerate to 300 kts until 0.72 Mach.
Continue climb at 0.72

Cruise: Set power (fuel flow) for max range and allow airspeed to
decrease to cruise airspeed/Mach
C.
Descent:

Normal - Set power to IDLE and descend at 250 kts
