excessive AOB in the turn off the
90-degree.
COMMON ERROR: Failure to
account for winds during the
landing pattern, resulting in
compounded pattern errors.

45-degree to touchdown
CAUTION: Descend no lower than
400 ft AGL before you acquire the
ball. If the ball is not acquired, call
"CLARA" and execute a waveoff.
(1) Pass through 45-degree position
at 325-375 ft AGL and on-speed
(should start picking up the ball)
(2) Roll into groove on-speed with
proper AOA and on centerline with
15-18 seconds straightaway
(3) Correct for crosswind to maintain
lineup in groove with wing down
into crosswind component with
opposite rudder
COMMON ERROR: Low start.
COMMON ERROR: Being
overpowered.
COMMON ERROR:
Overshooting.
