4 G Pull
to 17 Units AOA
a.
Ensure straight and level, 96% RPM,
380 KIAS
380 KIAS, and on a cardinal heading
96% RPM
b.
Initiate a smooth 4-g pullup keeping
IMMELMAN
the wings level
c.
Maintain 4-g until 17 units AOA,
maintain 17 units AOA over the top
d.
Over the top verify 17 units AOA,
wings level inverted, approximately 150
KIAS, and 180 degrees of heading
change
e.
Stop the nose 10 degrees above the
horizon by releasing back stick
pressure
f.
Roll upright using coordinated aileron
and rudder
g.
Complete the Immelmann wings level,
180 KIAS, and heading opposite of
initial heading
