Wingman
(1) Maintain AOB until lead disappears below and behind
the wingman
(2) When lead disappears, delay 3-5 seconds and roll into
45-60 degree AOB turn until acquiring sight of lead
(3) After obtaining a visual on the lead, check his six and
call, "Visual, six clear"

Lead: roll out after 90 degrees of turn

Wingman: maneuver to be in combat spread by using
appropriate AOB and nose attitude

a.
Wingman starts turn acute
(1) Before lead crosses wingman's six: raise nose, slow
down, initially use less AOB than normal
(2) After lead crosses wingman's six: use more AOB than
normal because heading differential is less than normal
at cross
b.
Wingman starts turn sucked
(1) Before lead crosses wingman's six: use more AOB
than normal and lower nose to increase airspeed
(2) After lead crosses wingman's six: use less AOB than
normal
