11. When not in "radar contact" and (1) leaving
the final approach fix inbound on final
approach (nonprecision approach) or (2)
when leaving the outer marker or fix used in
lieu of the outer marker inbound on final
approach (precision approach)
12. When not in "radar contact," provide a
corrected estimate at anytime it becomes
apparent that an estimate as previously
submitted is in error in excess of three
minutes
13. Except when in "RADAR CONTACT,"
report over designated compulsory
reporting points. On a direct route or VFR
on TOP, report over each reporting point in
the flight plan.
