(b) Room inspections. Rooms will be inspected for
cleanliness on a regular basis by either command/squadron duty
officer or BOQ staff. Rooms which fail inspection will be re-
inspected within five days by the command/squadron duty officer.
(7) Curfews. NAVCADs will be not subject to curfew
restrictions unless designated "marginal" or "below". Those
NAVCADs designated "marginal", "below", or others at the
discretion of the commanding officer, shall comply with a 2200
hours curfew to quarters Sunday through Thursday, not to conflict
with officially scheduled training. Compliance will be checked
by either the NAVCAD class officer or command/squadron duty
officer on a random basis. Violations of curfew will be
considered a "pink sheet" offense.
(8) Liberty. NAVCADs will be granted liberty unless they
have assigned military duties or are under curfew restrictions.
(9) Uniforms/Insignia. Uniforms are as promulgated by the
Plan of the Day. NAVCAD uniforms are as prescribed below.
(a) Service Dress Blues. Same as OC. A single gold
star on each sleeve (no stripe) and large gold anchors on the
lapels. Combination cover will have large gold anchor device and
half-width gold chin strap.
(b) Summer White/Service Dress White. Same as OC. A
single gold star on each shoulder board (no stripe). Combination
cover will have large gold anchor device and half-width gold chin
strap.
(c) Khaki. Same as OC. Collar devices will be small
gold anchors. Garrison cap will have large gold anchor.
Combination cover will have large gold anchor device and half-
width gold chin strap. Either black or brown shoes may be worn.
(d) NAVCAD Insignia. A single gold bar with silver
anchor breast insignia will be worn on all uniforms, above the
left pocket, after completion of NAVAVSCOLSCOM. Completion of
Primary flight training will be indicated by wearing a double
gold bar with silver anchor breast insignia above the left
pocket.

be commissioned at the completion of all advanced curriculum
requirements, prior to the winging ceremony, unless there is
pending board action.
