Plans Coordinator (TPC) in accordance with NAVEDTRA 135 for
Academic Training Courses. CNATRA (N31) shall designate course
curriculum model manager (CCMM) responsibilities as necessary to
ensure an annual course review and update of all training
materials (instructor guides, student guides, tests, peculiar to
aviation training [PAT] publications and VI programs) in
accordance with NAVEDTRA 130 series. Upon completion of the
course review, completed Course Review Summary Sheets will be
forwarded to CNATRA (N31) for retention in the Master Course
Record.
b. Flight Support. Curriculum managers shall be responsible
for coordination with user activities in NATRACOM and preparation
of instructional materials for flight support lectures and exams.
Two dated copies of all flight support materials, including
tests, will be forwarded to CNATRA (N31) for inclusion in the
Master Course Record. Flight support instructional materials
shall be reviewed annually by the model manager. Verification of
reviews will be a CNATRA staff curriculum/standardization
inspection item. The model manager shall forward a schedule to
CNATRA (N31) within 30 days.

ACADEMIC TRAINING ACCREDITATION
a. The academic training that a student completes may be a
source of college credit. The Chief of Naval Air Training
certifies and forwards directly to the school concerned, upon
request of the individual, academic transcripts of training
received in the SNA training programs. Transcripts issued by
CNATRA cover all courses completed by the student while
undergoing training. Complete records are not available while a
student is still in the training program.
b. A former student (active or inactive) who desires to have
the academic training received in an SNA training program
evaluated by a college, university, or other institution of
higher education, may request a transcript from CNATRA (N321).
The following information is required:
(1) Name, rank/rate, social security number, and current
mailing address.
(2) Designation or attrition date.
(3) Pipeline.
(4) Name and address of the educational institution
concerned.
Upon receipt of a request to provide this information, CNATRA
will forward the original transcript directly to the specified
institution with a copy to the individual making the request.
