Night Formation Flight Procedures
(2) Passing 140 KIAS, use radio and transmit "[call sign] gear and
flaps [pause] now"
(3) If wingman NORDO, use flashlight signal for raising gear and
flaps/slats: circular motion with flashlight as preparatory signal,
then sharply drop flashlight vertically below canopy rail for
execution
