SECTION APPROACH:
LANDING ON SAME RUNWAY

Taking separation to land on same runway
(1) Lead:
(a) Kiss off wingman
(b) Maintain 1/2 flaps/slats to obtain separation
(2) Wingman:
(a) Upon receiving kiss off, go to full flaps/slats and slow
to on-speed
(b) Keep sight of lead; land
c.
Touch and go
NOTE: Circumstances may dictate that the lead stay airborne
and the wingman full stop. In this case, the lead needs to be
in a position where the wingman can rejoin if a landing cannot
be completed.
(1) Lead:
(a) Pass the landing signal to the wingman
