Lead: at abeam position, make normal FAM approach and land

C. Common errors by wingman
1.
Problem: wingman does not follow lead at execution of circling
maneuver, which could cause wingman to reenter IMC or overshoot
landing runway
Correction: while keeping lead in sight, follow his flight path over
ground
