Tailpipe Hot
NOTE: The tailpipe hot sensor element is located in the
tailpipe bay aft of the engine compartment and firewall.
The illumination of the tailpipe hot caution light may be
an indication of a tailpipe bay fire. Immediate implemen-
tation of the tailpipe hot procedures and proper monitor-
ing for secondary indications is essential for proper
handling of this problem.

MSTR ALERT light flashes and warning/caution
tones sound

TAILPIPE HOT caution light illuminates
