When aircraft is on ground, nose and main
gear WOW relays break the 28 VDC path,
preventing inadvertent jettisoning of stores;
cannot jettison external stores with weight-
on-wheels
NOTE: The T-45A has provisions for
carrying a baggage container on a center
pylon which is not electrically connected;
therefore, the baggage container cannot be
jettisoned. Maximum baggage: 60 lbs.
NOTE: Four things you should do in all
tactical jet aircraft before you set foot in the
cockpit.
Check:
a.
Ejection seat safe
b.
Canopy jettison safe
c.
Landing gear handle in DOWN position
d.
All ordnance switches OFF or SAFE
