(2) Ensure aircraft clean, speed brakes out
(3) Commence at minimum of 10,000 ft AGL at slow cruise (200
KIAS)
(4) Throttle: idle rpm
(5) Speed brakes extended until 150 KIAS then retracted
(6) Increase nose attitude to maintain altitude
(7) Do not trim into stall past 150 KIAS
(8) Maintain wings level with horizon
