General
1.
"Neutralize controls" (ailerons, rudder, and stabilator held centered)
while analyzing
2.
Analyze and evaluate situation before initiating recovery (most
important step)
3.
If in a dive, reduce power and, if required, extend speed brakes to
aid in airspeed control, then roll the aircraft in the shortest direction
to wings level
4.
If nose-high, hold current wing position while adding MRT and
retracting speed brakes until the nose is below the horizon and the
airspeed reaches 150
