Recognition
(1) Attitude instrument: ADI or standby AI
(2) Performance instruments
(a) AOA indicator
(b) Airspeed indicator
(c) Altimeter

Recovery
(1) Neutralize controls
(2) Analyze and evaluate attitude
(3) Hold wing position while adding power to MRT
(4) Retract speed brakes
(5) Maintain neutral aileron/rudder and smoothly push nose over to
maintain AOA between 5 and 10 units (0-1 g)
(6) Lower nose slightly below horizon
(7) Airspeed at a minimum of 150 KIAS
(8) Roll wings level in shortest direction
(9) Pull to horizon - optimum AOA
(10) Adjust throttle for level flight
COMMON ERROR: Not neutralizing controls while analyzing the
instrument indications.
COMMON ERROR: Failing to check airspeed and trying to recover
with less than 150 KIAS.
COMMON ERROR: Leveling wings prior to attaining 150 KIAS.
