NOTE: Some SIDs have the lead radial or lead DME published.
Published lead radials are not all determined by the same
formula and may require modification when flown at 1/2 SRT.
Published lead DMEs must be adhered to; therefore, adjustment
in speed and/or angle of bank may be required to intercept the
published arc.
