A.
SID preflight and pretakeoff preparation
1.
Identify frequencies used by ATC and ensure compatibility with
communication equipment
2.
Determine if aircraft performance is adequate to adhere to all restrictions

Identify routes, altitude, and specific restrictions
B.
Changes to SID
1.
Amendments to clearance will be issued anytime ATC deems such action
necessary to avoid aircraft conflict between aircraft, hazardous weather,
etc.

Comply with all specified routings, altitudes, and restrictions, unless
ATC amends
b.
Consider SID canceled if aircraft is vectored or cleared off SID -
specified course, unless ATC adds "expect to resume SID" or
otherwise indicates deviation is temporary
