As in balanced parade, two alternatives exist to establish echelon parade from balanced parade: 1)
the second section crosses under the first section, or 2) Dash-2 crosses under.
In the first case, after receiving the section crossunder signal and passing it to Dash-4, Dash-3 moves
aft to obtain proper nose-to-tail separation on Dash-2. The section then performs a "V" crossunder
referencing Dash-2 and the lead (see Figure 37). As described in balanced parade, Dash-4 executes
the "V" crossunder on Dash-3, keeping Dash-3 between himself and the lead.
