The offset pop attack will be utilized during the final target attack. At the completion of the final

dive runs, an off-target running rendezvous will be executed.

NOTE

In the fleet, simultaneous low-altitude attacks on the same target

are limited to use of non-fragmentary ordnance (i.e., 20mm

cannon, rockets, cluster munitions, etc.).

606. OFF TARGET PROCEDURES/RETURN TO BASE

EXITING THE ROUTE

At the completion of the final target attack, lead will initiate a VFR climb on course and

commence the RTB. The wing will complete its target attack and commence an off-target

running rendezvous. During the off-target rendezvous, lead and wing will prioritize their

respective tasks as conditions warrant:
