D104. COMMUNICATION
Effective communication refers to the ability to clearly and accurately send and acknowledge
timely information, instructions, or commands, and provide useful feedback.
1.
Communication. It is important to ensure everybody fully understands what is being
communicated in order to:

Conduct effective missions.
b.
Avoid mishaps.
c.
Pass information from one person to another.
2.
Maintain group situational awareness.
3.
Sender's Responsibilities:

Communicating information clearly.
