INSTRUCTOR NOTES
Two animation sequences are available: 1) 3rd-person POV aft
of the free fighter, and 2) out of the cockpit looking forward and
up.
The low-to-high cover animation sequence also includes a
reversal in response to the bogey. More typically these will be
separate maneuvers.
a.
Reduce AOB and increase back stick
b.
Fly outside and above engaged fighter's turn
c.
Do not fly through engaged fighter's jetwash
d.
Maintain sight of engaged fighter
e.
Continue above and outside of turn until nose-
to-tail distance matches that of high cover
position (altitude)
