Engine Fails to Start
a.
Indications
(1) READY light fails to illuminate within
15 seconds
CAUTION: If the READY light does not
illuminate within 15 seconds,
discontinue start attempt, otherwise
mechanical damage may result from an
overheat condition. A tail wind may
backward.

Hung Start

Procedure
(1) ENGINE switch - OFF

Indications
(1) Engine fails to accelerate from 45% to IDLE

(2) EGT continues to rise after GTS cutout
