ANSWER: Fly directly to point E.
Question 10 -- 4.7.2.3.2.1
If you cannot see point E, what procedures would be used
to correct back to course?
ANSWER: Turn 10 degrees right for two minutes, then makeup
time when you regain the correct track.

Use 10% of distance to coast for width of spokes
EXAMPLE: If coasting in from 200 miles off shore,
draw spokes 20 nm either side of true course line
