certain airports to receive clearance prior
to taxiing.
Pilots should file IFR flight plans at least
30 minutes prior to estimated time of
departure to preclude possible delay in
receiving an immediate departure
clearance. A 30-minute delay is not
unusual if the flight plan is filed when
ready to depart.
