(1) Take off normally per Fam stage procedures and local course
rules
(2) Reduce power to 92-94 percent when airborne with gear and
flaps/slats retracted and intercepts the briefed rendezvous
airspeed

Wingman
(1) Roll no less than 7 seconds (or as briefed) after lead rolls
(2) Take off normally per Fam stage procedures and local course
rules
(3) When airborne, stay at MRT until attaining desired closure rate
(maximum closure = 50 KIAS)
