B. Interval takeoff

Procedures for interval takeoff with 2 aircraft positioned on runway
3.5.8.2.1, 3.5.10.2.1.1, 3.5.10.2.1.2
a.
When cleared by tower, flight will taxi onto runway in proper
order
b.
Lead
(1) Move to left or downwind side and line up nose in middle
of that half of runway
(2) Taxi up runway sufficiently to allow wingman to line up on
bearing line
(3) Pass runup signal when flight in position
c.
Wingman
(1) Move onto bearing line on opposite side of runway from
lead
(2) Acknowledge runup signal
(3) Perform engine runup check
