Aircraft behind aborting aircraft (wingman)
(1) If airspeed is 50 KIAS or less
(a) Retard power to idle
(b) Extend speed brakes
(c) Brake as required
(d) Clear lead to centerline, if stop is possible prior to the
arresting gear
NOTE: With the minimum 7-second interval, the
wingman will usually be slow enough to allow for a
safe abort behind the lead.
(2) If airspeed above 50 KIAS, continue with takeoff
