parachute Koch fittings is recommended,
even though they should release
automatically (SEAWARS)
(4) When ejecting in immediate vicinity of
carrier, parachute entanglement combined
with wake can submerge you. The
deployed seat survival kit may contribute to
shroud line entanglement.
