Basis For Measurement

"Xs" Required
Measurement Definition: The number of "Xs" required to meet the
monthly production goals as established by the TRAWING to meet CNATRA
production requirements.
Calculation: "Xs" Required = the number of "Xs" that must be
accomplished in a given month to maintain student output to meet
CNATRA monthly requirements. Use the "Source Data Xs" tab in the
cockpit chart template to calculate "Xs" required.
Source Data And Reporting Frequency For Measurement

Local TRAWING analysts
Frequency: Collect and report data monthly. Data should be collected
based on transactions through close of business on the last day of the
month.
Submit data to:
CNATRA on monthly cockpit charts
Basis For Baseline: N/A
Basis For Entitlement: The monthly number of Xs to meet CNATRA
directed output as calculated using the "Source Data Xs" tab of the
cockpit chart template. The entitlement number will change monthly to
adjust "Xs" required to maintain the required output.
