Upon completion of this unit of instruction, the IUT will
demonstrate comprehension of physical fitness with
additional emphasis on cardiovascular conditioning through
various strength and endurance exercises. Complete all
objectives using proper form, technique, and without injury
to personnel or damage to equipment.
Enabling Objectives:
Completely supported by this lesson topic:
5.20 Identify the requirements for the conditioning runs.
5.21 Complete 20-30 minutes of continuous run at individual
pace.
5.22 Complete 20 minutes of continuous run to include sprints on
straight portions on Kane field track.
