Upon completion of this unit of instruction, the IUT will
demonstrate comprehension of physical fitness, with
additional emphasis on cardiovascular conditioning through
various strength and endurance exercises. Complete all
objectives using proper form, technique, and without injury
to personnel or damage to equipment.

paced runs.

Perform conditioning runs at a pace of 8-10 min/mile for
20-30 minutes during weeks 1 and 2.
