SNFO/SWSO:
"KATT 810, position and hold runway 7 left."
TOWER:
"KATT 810, winds 060 at 8, cleared for takeoff."
SNFO/SWSO:
"KATT 810, cleared for takeoff."
NOTE
When Tower puts an aircraft into position and hold on a runway,
the runway is not normally stated again in the takeoff clearance.

After getting the gear up and commencing initial turn, call Departure on button 5:
SNFO/SWSO:
"Pensacola Departure, KATT 810, airborne,
passing 800."
DEPARTURE:
"KATT 810, radar contact, report clear of Class
Charlie."
SNFO/SWSO:
