(b) Contact flight watch with (station
name) Flight Watch, your call sign and
nearest VOR
(c) Low altitude frequency (122.0), high
altitude frequencies vary but are in the
VHF range

Monitor NAVAIDs

Monitor aircraft on IR/VR routes

Advise U.S. Customs of trans-border flights

Take weather observations
m. Issue airport advisories
