D.
Changes to clearance 2.7.6.1.2
1.
Amendments to initial clearance will be issued any
time ATC deems such action necessary to avoid
possible conflict between aircraft
a.
If you accept a SID as part of your clearance,
comply with all specified routings, altitudes, and
specific restrictions. SIDs must be followed
regardless of weather conditions, unless a
deviation is approved by ATC
b.
Consider SID canceled if aircraft is vectored or
cleared off SID-specified course, unless ATC
adds “expect to resume SID” or otherwise
indicates deviation is temporary
If an altitude to maintain is changed or restated,
c.
either prior to or after departure, you can climb
immediately to that altitude unless ATC states
that altitude restrictions remain in effect. In this
event they would only be changing your
ultimate altitude. The SID path-over-the-ground
must still be followed even though a climb to
higher altitude has commenced
