The publications of the FLIP program are updated with revisions, additions, and deletions between issues
so that you always obtain current information.
This revision process is by means of:
1. Enroute Change Notices (ECNs)
2. Terminal Change Notices (TCNs)
3. Planning Change Notices (PCNs)
4. Urgent Change Notices (UCNs)
5. Defense Mapping Agency (DMA)
6. Aeronautical Chart Updating Manual (CHUM)
