Complete same runup and check procedures as in interval takeoff

Lead
(1) Reduce power 2 percent from MRT to give wingman
excess power available
(2) Receive thumbs-up when wingman is ready to go
(3) Raise forearm vertically (on wingman side), hesitate a
moment, and drop arm smartly
b.
Wingman: give lead a thumbs-up when your aircraft and
lead's aircraft check OK
