NOTE: When a fault is indicated,
maintenance personnel come out
to the aircraft with a "data extrac-
tion device" (laptop computer with
ADR BIT PANEL
a 3.5-inch floppy), plug into a
cannon plug on ADR located in
avionics bay, and download data
onto a floppy disk. Back in the
maintenance office, the floppy is
put into a computer and data is
printed out on paper for analysis.
