NOTE: When downgrading or switching to another approach, minimums must be
adjusted.
CAUTION: Downgrading to a LOC is acceptable at any time prior to reaching
LOC MDA/MAP. Switching to another type approach is not advisable after
passing the FAF.
NOTE: LOC minimums with MAP based on timing are sometimes higher than LOC
minimums with MAP based on DME for the same approach procedure.
NOTE: Normal range of GS reliable reception is 10 nm.
