Low Level Waypoint Navigation
MOTIVATION
Low level waypoint navigation utilizes the functions of the display system and its
components to supply accurate navigation data and flight information such as
true airspeed, ground speed, time to go and actual magnetic track.
OVERVIEW
The T-45C Display System provides a means of entering waypoints and
graphically displaying the route for low level navigating.
This lesson covers the function and location of the display system controls,
switches and indicators and procedures for entering ONAV mission data.
You will also learn how to respond to HUD failures.
