Upon completion of this unit of instruction, the student
will demonstrate sufficient knowledge of the
administrative responsibilities of a manager in the areas
of systems acquisition, contracting, civil service
construction to effectively function in a weapons
management technical and managerial billet.

(NAVAIRSYSCOM) contracting officers have the authority to
perform the responsibilities for NAVAIRSYSCOM classified
contracts as are required by the Industrial Security
Manual and the Industrial Security Regulations, and have
charge of the security administration of NAVAIRSYSCOM
contracts.
