Safety
(1) Student Illness/Injury. Anytime a student becomes
ill or injured, the nearest instructor shall provide immediate
assistance. Instructors shall stop the training, notify the
Notification form NAVAVSCOLSCOM 6310/1.
(2) Mishap Plan. In the event of an actual emergency,
the following mishap plan shall be implemented:
(a) Fire. In the event of a fire, staff and student
personnel shall utilize the emergency escape routes posted in the
classroom. The instructor will muster all student personnel in
the class in the evacuation area and await further instructions.
(b) Tornado. If a tornado approaches Building 633,
the instructor will move all students from the classroom to a
central location away from windows.
(c) Hurricane. In the event of an approaching
hurricane, all personnel shall comply with NASC and NAS Pensacola
instructions concerning hurricane preparation and evacuation.
(d) Emergency Drills. The Mishap Plan shall be
activated at least once each quarter (four times per year),
unless actual injuries occur to students that require activation
to the plan.
(3) Drop on Request (DOR)/Training Timeout/Student Safety
Policy. N/A.

Student Flow Management Data
a. Graduation. Students are graduated upon successful
completion of course curriculum requirements.
b. Remediation.
All students will be remediated to
100 percent.
c.
Setback to Another Class.

d. Dropped From Training For Academic or Suitability
Reasons. N/A.
e. Testing. Testing for the CRM Instructor Course is done
to determine if the learning objectives have been mastered. A
score of 80 percent on the midcourse exam is required in
conjunction with paragraph 2a. above. In addition, students must
complete group projects that are graded by CRM Model Manager
instructors. Testing procedures are as follows:
(1) Any CRM Model Manager instructor can administer
tests.
